 NetDevil was founded in 1997 in Louisville,
CO as an independently owned and operated game development
company dedicated to the construction of massively multiplayer
universes. NetDevil is committed to creating immersive, interactive
virtual worlds in unique settings outside the typical fantasy
genre. NetDevil has steadily grown from 3 part-timers to over
30 full time developers, with development led by Scott Brown,
Peter Grundy, and Ryan Seabury.
NetDevil was chosen as a name because
of our obsession with cool scary things that live in the deep
dark waters of the world. All of the company?s principals
are certified SCUBA divers, including one certified dive master.
We love exploring the mysteries of strange worlds, different
from the everyday world we are used to... a passion we carry
into our game world designs

Jumpgate® is a Massively Multiplayer
Online Game (MMOG) for Windows 9x/ME/2000/XP, launched
originally in 2001. The player is the pilot of a spacecraft,
acquiring wealth and status by engaging in trade, mining,
and/or combat. Players may work on their own or together
as members of a collaborative squad. Players can improve
their craft in various ways, including weapons, engines,
shields, and other modifications and upgrades. |
